went out for lunch yesterday with jun ming, liqi n joshua. so long never see them le. was in town and i saw a street performer who is only 6 years old. n he was playing the drum! A sign was put up "I m Ethan Ong. I m 6 years old and i know how to play drum since 2" WOW! talented young boy! God gives each and every one of us gifts and it is juz a matter for us to explore them and use them to the fullest.

saw an article last week and it provoked me and stirred up my feelings. this guy from A star agency was blasting all males in Singapore that we are whiny creatures who cant solve our problems but whine. Wait! that is a little too generalistic. firstly, i must point out that the majority of the scholars in that agency come from the supposed few top jcs in Singapore. secondly, isnt he and his colleagues the ones who choose the scholars? so after they chose the scholars and found out that they were not that good after all and start to blast them. hmmmm.... surely, they cant be the majority or be good yardsticks of how Singapore males are. sure, in army we complain (not whine) but put that aside i dont think that we males dont have brains to think of solutions. and in army, where officers just give out orders and the subordinates just accept. e brains are not used to the maximum, dont u think it should be fair to give us some time to get back the thinking cap after we have orded? and the 2 years in army can give some people to really think what they really want in life. isnt that better? and they can contribute to the companies that they enter to the fullest since those are the paths that they have spent 2 years deciding? come on, give the guys a break!

ya, anyway, my hands n throat are itching down. no mahjong and ktv since ages! sighz.
