a little update about me for the past week. i had been real busy giving tuition due to exams and went for job interview too. i will be woking in Singapore Pools soon and accepting bets for the upcoming world cup. haha. thanks gy for jio-ing me. clare went for the interview too!

the interview was crap. basically they just want young people who can work into the night i think.

i have been watching the korean serial, Sassy girl too. going to finish soon. it is a romantic comedy. and the show is a typical korean show where hearts will be melted and tears shed. basically it is about A and B are engaged during their high school days due to some cock reason. and their feelings for each other grow unknowingly. then, C loves A and D loves B. so C and D work up plans individually to spoil that engagment.

the thing i prefer korean shows to local ones are firstly, the relationships are not complicated. for example i am not exaggerating when i say that in local shows, A loves B but B loves C. C loves D but D loves A. it gets boring and not interesting.

secondly, the villians are really unsrcupulous. they try to go all out to destroy, ie making the male lead go to jail and forced the female lead to break up in order for the male lead to get out when they are so deeply in love.

the show succeeded in making me feel touched and frustrated in those scenes.

just heard the news about the elections. my parents had a small tiff over the results one being the PAP supporter and the other being the opposition supporter. wanted to laugh out so bad. as to all of you out there to ask about my feelings, all i can say is,

JUST AS I WANT TO BE STRUCK BY LIGHTNING, I AM KNOCKED BY THE HAMMER.

haha. and zh just told me that statement is lame. bleah.
