went to watch wicked the musical last night. one word to describe it, POWER!

for those who may not know, it is about the witch of the west in the wizrd of Oz. cos in the book, even though she was portrayed as the wicked witch, it didnt portray much evidence or showed that she was really that erm.. wicked.

so bascially, this musical is from the witch's point of view. so, no price for guessing, it is portrayed as she was misunderstood since day one. this musical is one of the newest show. and kudos for trying to link some famous parts from the book to the show. tinman, lion and dorothy. i thought it was brilliant of them to weave a story out to bring them in.

their singing was superb! and the bimbo glinda is well... super bimbo, in fact the most bimbo bimbo that i have ever seen. wonder how is she like in real life. hahaa.

and i feel that it is pointless to compare which musicals are better than others. cos different musicals have strengths in different areas. yup.

well, hopefully i will survive till next monday cos the next few days i will be super busy. if all go well, by monday, i ll be slack again! heez.
