this is a groyne

The above pictures are from the beach in Bournemouth. Me and ks went to Bournemouth on Tues and came back last night. it was a relaxing trip on the beach and lying there to enjoy the scenery (all kinds of scenery) and enjoy the sun and the sand. ooh, the sand was soo fine that it wunt stick on your body if u brush it away.
the 1st day was disappointing cos the sun played pee-ka-boo with us. and pee-ka-boo is for kids! so we went to our hotel depressed. haha. the town has millions of round-a-bouts and the map doesnt show the small roads so we always took quite abit of time to find places. hahah... anyways, wanted to go a thai restaurant for dinner but the stupid map brought us (cos we gave up after that) to chef hong kong... the food was alright and the singapore fried rice was abit like sambal fried rice... i like! haha. anyways, there was only 1 waiter and 1 waitress and after awhile this waitress started to talk to the waiter about hainanese chicken rice and nasi lemak and singapore. so we guessed that the waitress is a singaporean and she created that convo to arouse our interests. ahhaha. and true enough, she is a singaporean. haha... she said singaporeans are extinct in bournemouth and she was surprised to see us there. she had been working there for 10yrs. hahaha... cool! we talked to her for awhile before we left the restaurant.
the 2nd day was so much better. the sun shone right onto our bodies but i hate the winds. and at the end of the day, i was abit red but not of cos not as bad as when i was at obs.... and i am darker abit now too... haha.
the pictures below are from the aquariam. we went to the aquarium on the 1st day after we gave up on the sun...

going off to switzerland tonight. will be back on tuesday... whoppee!!
oh.. wanted to blog about campus superstar! haha.. so happy that i get to watch on the same day as the performance. the 13 yr old boy shawn can reallie sing!!! hope that he doesnt break his voice during the competition... as for the girls, my grand x4 junior is quite cute and the rg gal can really dance and groove...
