today marks the 1st day of JUNE!! hahaha.. me is very happy! cos june is here... ehh not because father's day is in june.. hehehehhe.. but because i am gg back!!! hahhaha.... 18 more days! cant wait to see changi airport, cant wait to see my family, cant wait to eat seafood the moment i touch down!! =)

havent been up to much lately. i met my supervisor on tuesday about my project and he flipped through my handwritten project. he said, 'nice progress' and din further read my project. instead, he asked me to type it out before he will really look into it and give comments later on. he told me to type by friday. then he asked me to use latex programme to type. reasons? cos i have nothing to do now, might as well learn this programme which is good for writing maths thesis papers and reports. haizzz. luckily the programme is quite easy to muster, spent 2 days to finish up my project. hope my supervisor's jaws will drop to the floor. ahhaha.

anw, this whole week was super cold. it got better today. the winds and the rain was juz too cold for me to be outside. thats london weather for u. as unpredictable as... hahaa.. dunno how to complete this simile.

oh juz now i saw this little kid. he was running. Then he slid and fell down on the floor. he looked up and gave his father 2 thumbs' up. and the father actually said a joke to him in response to his fall. i think he said it to prevent the little kid from crying. i laughed at the father's joke but i cant exactly rem wad the joke was about. but then again, if i were the kid, i would have cringed and kept my fingers crossed and hope that my dad doesnt scold me or give me the dagger stare... hor dad? hahahaha... well, thats the difference between the asian dads and the western dads i think. and i was wondering how would i turn out to be if i have a dad like the small boy's. how different will i be as a person compared to now? well, I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT MY DAD arr!! hahaha.. in fact, i think i am quite happy with who i am right now and i am happy with my present family. but that was juz a thought after that incident happened... hahaha.

oh and i like to thank duane for giving me a new perspective today. in fact, i felt numb about it until we talked about it today.. hahaha. thanks!! =)
